Common questions
Do you use ISPM 15 pallets?
Yes. Wooden pallets for export are heat-treated and marked according to ISPM 15, as required by the EU, the USA, Canada and Australia.
Can you build to Amazon or retailer requirements?
Yes. Send us the routing guide or specification and we follow the stated pallet height, labels and weight limits.
